We firmly believe that our continued success is be based upon being a good corporate citizen through giving back to the communities where our employees work and live. Our goal is to continue to find strength in diversity, hold ourselves and business partners to high ethical standards and help sustain our precious natural resources through green initiatives internal and externally.

Community Giving

Since our inception, we have supported community charitable organizations in Indianapolis, but as we have grown so has our since of responsibility. To inspire employee participation and show our gratitude those communities outside of our home city, we have established partnerships that allow employees to give back to their individual communities no matter where they live.

In addition, we require vendors to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct which ensures they uphold our high level of respect for employees, the environment, and integrity in business activity.

Green Initiatives

As business technologies advance so does our commitment to protect our valuable natural resources. BCforward continues to not only push ourselves but our business partners to continue to adopt business practices that are environmentally friendly.

Although we strive to be paperless business, we still generate and receive paper and other recyclable materials. Our office is outfitted so that recyclable materials such as paper, plastic and aluminum can be collected and recycled.
