With more than 13 years of experience in recruiting, operations, and team management, Raj is deeply passionate about building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and fostering growth within organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and began his professional journey as a recruiter. Prior to being promoted to his current role, he has held diverse roles over the years, including Team Lead and Delivery Manager. When not delivering client success, Raj enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids in Hyderabad, India. He is also an avid cricket enthusiast, always excited to catch a game or share a discussion about the sport.
Shivani Ohol

With 20 plus years of experience in the human resources, Shivani leads the workforce recruiting and management for BCforward at the Asia-PAC GCC in Hyderabad, India. Her responsibilities include talent management, compensation and benefits and performance management which helps drive the company goal of creating a high performance global workforce. Prior to joining BCforward, Shivani earned her post graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Mumbai University. Currently she lives in Hyderabad with her husband and six cats and is an avid animal rights advocate.

Praveen Chand is the Director of Client Development for BCforward’s domestic India business, bringing five years of dedicated service to the organization. Under his leadership, our India business has grown from the ground up to a thriving professional workforce of 600. He oversees teams that specialize in providing top-tier staffing solutions to multinational clients across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring strategic workforce success in a competitive market.
Based in Hyderabad, Praveen is a devoted family man who finds joy in spending time with his wife and children. Outside of work, he is deeply committed to his faith and has an enduring passion for cricket.
Neeraj Solanki
Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting
Neeraj Solanki is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in building and leading high-performing teams across corporate finance, controllership, compliance, and business transformation.
He leads the finance teams at BCforward Asia-PAC GCC, driving strategic alignment between financial goals and organizational objectives to enable long-term scalability and operational excellence. Outside of work, Neeraj enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.”

With 18 years of management experience, Imran leads BCforward’s Asia-Pac’s GCC global workforce services with an emphasis on driving user satisfaction. A seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, client services, and ticket management, Imran brings a unique blend of technical and leadership skills to his role. He also specializes in organizational change management with a focus on establishing vendor SLAs and performance KPIs.
As a collaborative leader, Imran coordinates internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve employee issues while driving optimal outcomes for our customers. A proud father of three, heholds a degree in Science and Business Administration and resides in Hyderabad with his wife, three kids, and mother.
