Jacob started with BCforward in July 2018 as the company’s first Compliance Manager, where he built out controls and auditing structures to validate the company’s conformity with legal and regulatory requirements and quality standards. In his new role as Director of Compliance and Information Services, he aims to continue to build on the success of the company’s compliance program, enhance the company’s IT security posture, strategically align technical infrastructure with business operations, and foster a best-in-class resource experience through the company’s Global Resource Care team.
Jacob has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from IUPUI. Jacob and his wife have a son and three daughters. In his free time, he enjoys video games and board games with his wife and kids, playing the piano, and tackling DIY projects around the house.
